How to enforce ARCO rights

Your request will be processed within twenty days, counted from the date we receive it. Please take into account that it is the Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales that regulates, protects and enforces your ARCO rights.
Your right to revoke your consent to the handling of your information
You may revoke your consent for us to handle your personal information at any time. To that effect, please send a request as above mentioned. Your request, in any case, must include your name and surname, an image of a valid ID, your e-mail or snail-mail address and a telephone number. Your request will be processed within twenty days, counted from the date we receive it and you will be informed of our compliance to such request by e-mail or snail-mail. We consider we have complied with this clause if our answer is presented to the postal office or sent by email within the twenty day limit.
Information sharing
Your personal information will NOT be shared to or handled by third parties within or outside the United States of Mexico. Your personal information WILL NOT BE SHARED with financial institutions, banks or credit companies or for any other information, promotion, commercial or advertising purposes. Your personal information will NOT be shared with third parties without your express consent, in compliance with article 37 of the applicable Law.
Amendments to this privacy agreement
We reserve our right to make amendments to this privacy agreement. Such amendments will be published in this Website and notified, when deemed necessary, via e-mail.
